For 5 consecutive years, since Zimbabwe 2015, SAA has maintained ICASA registration fees to encourage as many as possible to attend the conference. ICASA registration fee is in two categories: High Income countries and Low/Middle Income Countries (based on the World Bank Classification). You can choose to register to be in-person, virtual or both.
In-person delegates will have access to all conference sessions onsite and online, whilst virtual participants will access only the conference online, however, they can notify the registration department a month before the event to be in-person at no cost.
SAA members are entitled to 5% discount on registration fees. For further information, kindly click here for SAA membership benefits.

Change of Form of Attendance and Conference Format
ICASA 2023 will permit delegates to change their form of attendance from virtual to in-person and vice versa.NB:
- Delegates must ensure to do so by three months before the conference start date.
- Should SAA change the conference format to fully virtual, all in-person attendees will be automatically granted online access to the conference. NB: There will be no refund.
